These terms govern website and workspace use. A signed project-development or commercial agreement takes precedence for the services it covers.
Provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, use only accounts assigned to you and notify KarbonSetu promptly of suspected unauthorised access. Organisation owners are responsible for reviewing team membership and permissions.
Use the platform only for lawful carbon-project screening, development, evidence, monitoring and related collaboration. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, upload harmful or unlawful material, misrepresent project evidence or interfere with the service.
You retain responsibility for information and documents you submit and confirm that you have authority to provide them. You permit KarbonSetu to process that material to operate, secure and deliver the requested platform and project services.
Eligibility results, calculations, estimates, timelines and commercial indicators may be preliminary. They do not guarantee methodology applicability, regulatory approval, registration, validation, verification, credit issuance, quantity, timing, price or revenue.
Programmes, registries, regulators, validation or verification bodies and buyers make independent decisions and may change their requirements. Links and regulatory summaries are provided for context; the controlled official source should be checked before relying on a requirement.
