This notice explains the information collected through the public website and project workspace, why it is needed, and the choices available to you.
We collect account and contact details, organisation and facility information, eligibility answers, project and monitoring data, uploaded documents, workflow activity, device and security logs, and messages you choose to submit.
Information is used to provide and secure the platform, respond to enquiries, perform requested project reviews, coordinate project delivery, maintain audit history, communicate service messages and comply with applicable obligations.
Access is restricted by role, organisation and project assignment. Information may be shared with authorised project team members, contracted infrastructure providers and independent validation or verification partners only where needed for the requested service or required by law.
KarbonSetu uses access controls, encrypted transport, protected credentials, audit logging and controlled backups. Records are retained only as long as needed for the service, project evidence, security, contractual or legal requirements, after which they are deleted or anonymised under the applicable retention process.
You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information, withdraw consent where consent is the applicable basis, or raise a privacy concern. Some records may need to be retained where a legal, security, audit or contractual obligation applies.
